We had an amazing experience with Fun Experts at the Festival of Learning Event! Maria, in particular, was incredibly friendly, warm, and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend Fun Experts for any event!

The batak game was great fun and brought lots of people onto our stand, bringing us lots of new connections. The delivery and set-up was great and the team were friendly and helpful in every interaction.

We booked two fairground stalls for four different freshers' events at West College Scotland and could not have been more happy with the service! Our students loved the Coconut Shy and Hook a Duck games, and were proudly wearing the prizes for the rest of the day! Everything was dealt with complete professionalism, from my first enquiry to setting up on the actual day. Their staff member (Maria) was very friendly and helped to create a fun, festival atmosphere in our boring canteen space! Thank you! Very highly recommended!

Just a quick note to share my appreciation for the service I’ve received from Adrian at The Fun Experts during the Maze Runner hire. His handover when I collected was clear, extremely relaxed and thorough, and he provided all the extras he could think of (even a ratchet strap, battery, screwdriver). Nothing was too much of an ask! And on return I was so impressed with his service, talk about going above & beyond. We’ve had a great experience with this hire, and Adrian was 1st class as your front of house.

Lauren and the team at The Fun Experts did everything for us with ease - answered all my many questions, worked miracles in production timelines for custom branded elements of our hired items, and was an excellent communicator through all stages of working with the team. So grateful for the impact they had on our event and the ease of working with them!

The evening was a great success and we cannot thank the croupiers enough for their hard work, even if they were being nudged off the tables by so many people wanting to play. Thanks for a great and successful evening.

The Fun Experts - Perfect for a Winter Fair Party! We hired six Christmas-themed stalls from The Fun Experts for our winter fair-themed party, and they were absolutely perfect! Each stall was beautifully set up and added so much festive charm to the event. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who manned the stalls—they were friendly, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the party. The stalls were a big hit with our guests, and the whole setup contributed to the lively and joyful atmosphere of the evening. If you're planning a festive event, we highly recommend The Fun Experts. Their attention to detail and excellent service made all the difference, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out!

I have booked twice with the Fun Experts and had an amazing experience both times. The first was carnival games in June 2024 and the second was casino tables in December 2024. Both times staff were happy to assist with any queries I had and were also very friendly and professional on the day. Would 100% recommend.

This is the first time we have worked with The Fun Experts and I’m so glad we did. Their team arrived and were very friendly, set up was smooth and the overall experience (including pre-event communications) were first class. The additional decorative touches that came with the Photo Booth really set the scene and their equipment was of high standard. The students had great fun and are already looking forward to the next event!

Really well priced facilities and something different for our employees. The team were great in the run-up to the event keeping us informed, and on the day running the stations. It definitely took the heat off my internal team!
