Family Fun in the Peak District!
What the Organ family wanted...
While the majority of our Case Studies are based around corporate events we've put on for different companies, we do attend the occasional Private Party, whether it be a Bar Mitzvah or a 50th birthday party down the road and this week's Case Study from the Organ family's big birthday bash is sure to inspire your upcoming party plans. This year, the family were celebrating two 60th birthdays and a milestone wedding anniversary and saw it as the perfect reason to get their family of 40 together for a weekend in the Peak District. They were in search of some fun team games and challenges that could be brought along for the family to go head to head and compete at, so Diane Organ got in touch with The Fun Experts and the rest is history!
How The Fun Experts helped...
An expert in Team Events by now, sales superstar Lauren played a huge part in making this event a success, putting together some entertainment ideas that family members aged 4-70+ would be able to compete at. Based on their budget, Lauren's suggestions included Giant Games, Side Stalls, an Inflatable Assault Course and a selection of Team Races and after viewing her quote, surfing our website and getting further information on their venue, the family decided on a Giant Games Area with our Giant Operation, two Funfair Stalls, Inflatables including a Playzone for little ones and our Human Hungry Hippos, the Basketball Challenge, Boom Balloon Blasters and Walk the Plank race. With all of the fun secured for the Organ family's event, there was one last phone call arranged in which we answered all of their questions and gave them the final reassurance they needed that they were in safe hands with The Fun Experts.
The Final Result
It's not often that the sales team get to attend the events that they spend so much time helping to plan but this event was an exception for Lauren, as she was offered the opportunity to staff the party along with Fun Experts Jenny, Shabeeb and Aparna. It was the perfect day for this event with hot sunshine and beautiful views making for a very scenic drive down to the Peak District. When the team arrived at the venue, a gorgeous farm house which they had rented out for the whole weekend, the family had already split themselves into four teams of ten and dressed themselves aptly in team colours and ribbons ready for the day's activities.
The whole day ran smoothly and everyone had a brilliant time including our Fun Experts who were so grateful for everything we provided and made the team feel like part of the family for the day. Thank you so much to the Organ family for having us!
