Whilst The Fun Experts are big on fun, we're also big on health and safety, ensuring all of our clients have access to clean and sturdy equipment sets. We're extremely proud to announce we have renewed our £10m insurance policy that covers us until 2026.

What insurance are The Fun Experts under?

The Fun Experts has £10 million Public Liability Insurance and £10 million Employers Liability Insurance from a specialist insurance provider (conditions apply)

2025 - 2026 Employer Liability, Public Liability and Products Liability - from 1st April 2025

How do The Fun Experts Handle Testing and Inspection?

  • Inflatables are annually tested by a registered RPII inspector who issues a certificate confirming compliance.
  • Inflatables requiring PIPA inspection (ride on inflatables such as slides and castles) are inspected by a registered PIPA inspector, with certificate available upon request or traceable via PIPA.
  • All electrical items and cables are PAT tested.
  • Rodeo Equipment and Simulators are tested annually by their manufacturers.
  • Food products, including candy floss and popcorn, meet Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Catering.

How do The Fun Experts Provide Staff Training?

The Fun Experts team are all:

Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

The Fun Experts conduct thorough risk assessments for every piece of equipment. These assessments are regularly updated and take into account siting, operational, and dynamic factors associated with the equipment. All of our operators are provided with guidelines and are trained to recognise the significance of adhering to these standards to guarantee the safety of both participants and spectators.
