About The Fun Experts
Since the journey of the Fun Experts began way back in 2003, we have provided well in excess of 10,000 events for our clients. From exhibitions to family fun days, corporate entertainment, and university events, the Fun Experts have amassed a wealth of experience with a wide range of event types.
With over 50 Fun Experts travelling the length and breadth of the UK on a daily basis, you can be rest assured that there is no place too far for Sunshine Events. And we’ll always arrive a couple of hours early to ensure you are all set for the big day.
Health and Safety
The safety of clients and guests has always been our number one goal, which is why we have all of our risk assessments and method statements available for viewing on our website.
As well as our safety documents, we also conduct regular checks and tests on every single piece of equipment we own to make sure they can be used safely.
Whether it’s testing for a healthy flow of electricity to our plugs or a safe distribution through our generators, we conduct PAT Testing every 6 months. All of our equipment’s certificates are available upon request.
With many of our products being mechanical, such as our Rodeo Bulls, Fun Foods, and even some of our Inflatables, they require annual and thorough servicing and they are sent to their manufacturer for testing and inspection. Much like an MOT for a car, our mechanical equipment is tested every 12 months and all their certification is available for our clients.
Our Inflatable equipment, such as the Climbing Wall and Assault Course, also undergoes thorough testing by registered PIPA inspectors. Under these inspections no stone is left unturned with the anchor points, self-regulation, and product measurements all being scrupulously overseen and guaranteed to be in accordance with health and safety.
All of our Inflatables come with TAG/Certificate numbers which can be checked on the PIPA site, making sure you to see the full test sheet for safe piece of mind.

The Booking Process
When it comes to booking with Sunshine Events, the very first thing we do is call you up and have a chat. Not only does this help in building a positive relationship between us and you, this also allows us to gain a much deeper understanding of your event.
We will discuss many different aspects of your event: from timings, budget, number of guests, and location. This way you can be confident that all the i’s have been dotted and the T’s crossed, meaning that every detail of your event has been addressed.
