When your hire The Fun Experts and our range of entertainment, there's a whole journey that we embark on with you to ensure that no stone is unturned; this way your event whether that's a Fun Day, Exhibition or Corporate Event, can run smoothly. From enquiring with us to booking in, confirming with the logistics team to having the fun delivered on the big day, it's a process that we've perfected to ensure all of our clients experience a professional, efficient and most importantly fun event planning process.

Booking in...

Whether you come across The Fun Experts via Google, social media or word of mouth, the booking process is always the same. Once you've made your way to our website, perused through some of the fun and chosen your favourites, it's time to Contact The Sales Team. You can either give them a call or make a Quick Enquiry on the website either way making sure you have a location, an ideal date and event times to hand.

You'll now have a chat with either Dom, Beth, Kirsty or Lauren from our sales team to establish your event details and put together a package that fits your budget, they may create an event proposal for you, where you'll be able to get a visual of the event that could be yours. All that's left for you to do now is book! Your Fun Expert will hop on a call with you and ensure all bases are covered e.g. do you need power, which equipment needs to be staffed and finally payment.

 

The finer details...

Now you're all booked in, the countdown to your event is on... but don't worry, we won't leave you in the dark from there, should you have any concerns or questions leading up to your event, our team will always be on the other end of the line and happy to help. In the build up to your event, you'll also receive a call from either James or Scottie from the Logistics Team, where they'll go over al the event details from timings to access requirements and put your mind at ease that your event is in safe hands with The Fun Experts. 

Delivering the fun...

Between booking and your event, our team work meticulously behind the scenes to ensure your event runs without a hitch, planning the journey to ensure we arrive punctually, designating the right members of staff to the job and making sure the vans are loaded with all the correct entertainment. Now it's time for the Event Team to hit the road, it's our promise to show up on time with our smiles on our faces ready to get you all set up and ready. For the duration of your event, our Fun Experts will be on hand, making our equipment a great interactive experience and bringing the extra fun to your event.
